A projector shone sharply defined shapes onto models and artists .

In Southbank’s RE/Space, a studio created from waste materials, designer/artist Tamara Leacock (who doubles as lecturer in the Fashion and Sustainability Degree program at Collarts) gave guests a clear line of sight into the mechanics of back stage production with projection designers and producer and vocalist, Komang stationed in the crowd.

Light and sound designers worked in full view of the audience.
Designs were danced up close to the audience

With slow flowing, emotional performances, models and movement artists animated Tamara’s creations of sustainable, circular, plant-based “Cosmic Earthwear” into walking, dancing artworks.

R E M U S E’s credentials are heavily weighted in circularity, sustainability, natural and recycled materials, free-sizes, androgynous designs and inspirations drawn from “biomimicry” and the extraordinary fungi kingdom.
