Voxfrock Rookies Atusa Moghaddam and Ben Macri prowl VAMFF’s Plaza for their pick of its best and most intriguingly dressed this. “Who are you and what are you wearing?”

Jessie Murphy, left, brand ambassador and lifestyle blogger. “I am wearing Bianca Spender‘s new collection, styled with Off White belt and Alexander McQueen from Harrolds. I love the colour pink as well as the oversized look. The jacket does come with pant but I thought, it’s still so warm in Melbourne so why not experiment and changed it up and of course for fashion week you should out there and make some difference. Lana Wilkinson, right, celebrity stylist, “My outfit is from YOOX on line store, a combination of Gucci and Valentino with Louboutin heels. With my job in mind I always like to wear something more relaxed. I see so many brands and consider myself lucky with many options and trends to choose from, so today I went for something less “put together”.”

Mathew, PR consultant and part time designer. “I am wearing a custom-made cravat with Burberry blazer, ASOS crop pant with Tony Bianco boots. My outfit today is à la mèmoire de Karl Lagerfield. He is timeless and classy.”

Vydia Rishie, artist, influencer, creative director and stylist. “I am wearing elka collective suit with Zara shoes. I decided that I like to go for a casual look but look a bit dressy too so suiting up was the way to go.”

Bec Karagiorgos, co-influencer in Twiceblessed. “I am wearing a full monochrome look.; suit is by Bianca Spender and the little cami, believe it or not, is Bonds, bag by Oroton. I love men’s tailoring. It’s beautiful, it can create a great contrast between masculinity and femininity. You can put a tied top underneath to make it sexy and edgy.”

Tennille Burt, head of VAMFF sales and marketing. “I am wearing Camilla and Marc. I just needed a big bold splash of colour and I love matching my outfits with gold.”

Garren, model. “I am wearing a pair of pants I stole from a model in Milan (giggles) with some Dr. Martens and MTV jumper I got from H&M couple of years back. I thought they’re looking good together and I was cold in the morning.”

Julia brown, stylist. “I am wearing House Of Holland. I really like to be playful with my outfits; we see a lot of black, grey and dull colours out on the street I just wanted to have a pop of colour and be fun. Fashion is about having fun.”

Simon, left, RMIT fashion business student.  “I am wearing a pair of Nike air force 1 (sneakers). I like comfy fit; fashion is how I express myself on daily basis depending on my mood.” Richmond, right, RMIT fashion business student. “I am wearing a Coach bag and Donald Trump shirt which I love. To me, fashion is a way to express myself and I like to wear relaxed but classy outfits.”

Left to right, Kiara, Jess and Jamie, students, wearing outfits designed by Jess: “I am a fashion design student from RMIT. Fashion is my outlet and passion. I like to use it as a tool to connect people and that’s the idea behind these outfits. It’s almost like wearing a uniform.”
