SPRING'S SPRUNG

Fashion’s launchpad for stringy frocklets, shorty-shorts and scuba bikinis is naturally, the bitter-blue bottom of winter; isn’t it? Of course it is. Well, this week, Dear Reader, is IT. Winter’s theoretically over, Ok? Let’s move on to lush and breezy bohemian layers, gladiator sandals up to our kneecaps, playsuits and lacey things, peek-a-boo midriffs, butt-cheeks and side-cleavage.

In theory, Shot by Sound describes the store’s spring fashion shoot, literally triggered by the music of Daniel and his band. It’s a process better explained by its creators (click here). The clip of cool-as-cubes Daniel Johns in his glimmergold jacket on set with the best bits of DJ’s collection show was posted to YouTube in mid-July and clocked up 32,000 views since…
