It’s been a long and disappointingly tepid southern summer so far Voxfrockers, thankfully brightened by a thin but constant string of social sparklers; a polo day here, race day there, here a shop launch, there a cocktail bar bash. Now, at the fag end of February, brace as the partay season and temperatures crank to the max. In a fortnight alone, no less than 13 (thirteen!) significant kneezups were scheduled to keep best frocks and trousers rotating in Voxfrocker wardrobes. We can’t feature them all, natch, but here’s our brutally edited Best Three: Harpers Bazaar editor-in-chief Kellie Hush’s launch of her Chinese edition at Giorgio Armani’s Melbourne flagship, the opening of uber-swank uber-sleek Sagra, a lovelyclubby new restaurant and bar in Malvern and finally, New York beauty guru Bobbi Brown, sponsored here by Business Chicks, at a party thrown for her on the gorgeous rooftop of Tonic House smack in the middle of Melbourne CBD.
